Staff were very helpful and friendly especially Nada at the reception who was super welcoming&professional ( 10/10). Rooms are great and spacious, staff is very friendly and accommodating. The only negative comment I have is that the pool etiquette, once it is busy, is not enforced, meaning that you have babies without nappies in the pool..not great.
