The trip was amazing starting from the location where you have the view on both pool and sea , to the amazing roof with the continuous fresh air flow on this spot. The property is extra comfortable and equipped with every single essential and luxuries equipment. Finally the Host is super nice person he welcomed us and was always available for any support or questions needed. He is definitely an exemplary model for hosting families in leisure vacation.

We've enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Big up for our host, Moody, who was very helpful with everything needed and beyond. The place is very nice and cozy with a beautiful terrace towards the pool of the compound. The location is 20 minutes walk to the beach but there are alternatives if you want to get there faster. The beach is also very nice with different facilities and activities to choose from. Looking fwd getting back here in the future.

Property is stunning in many aspects from the the design, facilities, the staff, the food and the quality of the clientele. The outdoor pool is amazing and the perfect place to relax and enjoy your time with friends and family. The hotel facade reminds me of Greece which is a very unique feature of the hotel. The staff were professional, supportive and very welcoming which made made feel like I was at my second home. A special thank you to Issa and Yasmine from reception/guest services, Romani and Hassan from the restaurant, Omar and his team from the pool area, Mohamad from the outdoor bar, Eid from the restaurant and cafe and the many amazing staff we met.

Excellent customer service, everyone was so polite and cheerful, each service was provided with a smile. Wherever we go staff members always checking that everything is good (at the restaurant, beach, lobby…etc).

Many pools. They were cold due to the timing, but we swam in them nonetheless. The kids really enjoyed the aqua park and we made use of the heated indoor pool after our cold dips in the other pools and aqua park. The lifeguards were awesome, one jumped in as my daughter let out a scream because of water in her eyes…no danger at all, but I was super happy to see him attentive to the kids and respond to a scream, he didn’t know why she was screaming and reacted very well. Food was good with lots of variety for breakfast and dinner. It is half board, but with the lack of things nearby we ended up having lunches at the restaurant as well. The resort decided to play a movie outdoors in the evening for the kids…well received by the kids and a break for the parents to socialize!

The property is clean with nice architecture. The property contain nice pools, kids playground and kids pool which are located within the same visual view. The Food was amazing, and the staff are caring, kind and helpful. The executive Chief Mr. Zein make sure to ask our opinion about the food and if we have any comments. He cook a very tasty food. I am definitely going to stay there another time.
