Everything, Karen is a great host, she met us at the property and provided us with information about the villa.It is very private and secure with a gate and 24 hour attendants. You can walk to Pirates beach with beach chairs and restaurants.

Very cute boutique resort in a calm area. Our stay was very relaxing and the owners are super nice and welcoming. Would definitely recommend staying here.
