Pleasant staff, including room service that reacted in minutes, when we asked to split the big bed into two twin beds. Clean room with an amazing view over the hotel's pool. Dream outside swimming pool, the one where one can have a serious swim and also relax in it or in the jacuzzi beside it. Central location in Palm Cove. Really lovely place!

Location is great!! One can just stroll outside at any time and there are so many eating options as well. Also this location is central to both cairns and going further up! Would highly recommend! The hosts are also very friendly and welcoming.

excellent location for walk up and down the beach ending in an ice cream or swim. beautiful unmatched view from the rooms with multiple balconies, very comfortable bed, good range of kitchen bits for our use. great size. management staff were quick to assist where they could with minor issues,
