Pleasant staff, including room service that reacted in minutes, when we asked to split the big bed into two twin beds. Clean room with an amazing view over the hotel's pool. Dream outside swimming pool, the one where one can have a serious swim and also relax in it or in the jacuzzi beside it. Central location in Palm Cove. Really lovely place!

Excellent, large and well appointed room. Comfortable beds. Very helpful to have washing machine. Lovely grounds with four large pools. Easy walk to esplanade. Exceptionally helpful staff

Location is great!! One can just stroll outside at any time and there are so many eating options as well. Also this location is central to both cairns and going further up! Would highly recommend! The hosts are also very friendly and welcoming.
