Lovely to stay in a house built in 1863 and tastefully renovated to retain the original features. Luxury. The bed was so comfortable, excellent mattress. The views over the city were fantastic. So easy to walk into the city without having to take the car and lovely, helpful lady on reception.

Less than 10 min drive from the Cataract Gorge. Rooms are well furnished with modern amenities that we felt conflicted that we were not spending more time enjoying the luxury. We had 2 bedrooms, and each room had a HD TV with Netflix access. Friendly owner who gave us plenty of dining recommendations.

Also the pool was nice, though could be bigger. I like how it provides nice body lotion as a free amenity. Had some problems with the kitchen utensils and she place a Coles delivery the next day! Exceeded my expectations. Love the unit, very comfortable, homely and compact with enough space in each room . Shopping plaza was within walking distance. There's even a little garden so that you can have your breakfast outdoors. My son was delighted to have his own TV in his room! There were TV in each room.
