I stayed here with my wife shortly after we had got married and everything about the stay was brilliant, from the friendly front desk, to the staff in the restaurant who provided great service and amazing food. Our room had an amazing view of the beach, comfy beds, great air-con, a clean mini-fridge, comfy bathrobes and housekeeping ensured the room was spotless. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Extremely friendly, kind and helpful staff, above and beyond, a rare experience! Excellent rooms, with superb room service. Warm-water pool to enjoy when the sea temperature is to fresh for your taste. Very good beach restaurant with local and international cuisine (good music, too;).

Overall this place is amazing. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The lifeguards would talk to the kids and get to know them. They were also very responsive if they ever saw anyone behaving in a way that could risk their safety. Other hotel staff were amazing as well. We checked in quite easily and we were always greeted with smiles and hellos. Housekeeping staff were incredible. I forgot to tell the hotel I am allergic to feathers, so the first two nights I had to call down to have them change the pillows. I left a note on the 3rd day on top of the pillows asking if they could put hypoallergenic pillows in the room, it was never an issue since then. They even wrote a super sweet note back.

Amazing place. Customer service its best from front desk nearby. Special mention to Aziz for his kindnesses give us a good room with the best gulf view. Would sure stay there next time.
