The customer service at Samoan Outrigger Hotel is amazing. I misread an email regarding a request to check-in early and the front office was still able to accommodate my dad and I. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and well-kept. Breakfast each morning was delicious and the ladies at the hotel made sure to create an inviting atmosphere. Every time we asked for a taxi ride, the front desk was able to assist and a taxi would arrive in less than 5 mins.

Closer to everywhere we wanted to go. More privacy, not too much noice . The customer service is excellent. The breakfast was perfect and perfectly prepared
