The staff and atmosphere of Kaleo were wonderful. Kaleo is a wonderful boutique hotel in San Salvador on a quiet tree lined street. Many restaurants are close by, especially the delightful Yuzu restaurant on the same block. Breakfast was perfect for us to start the day feeling great in the tropical air with delicious coffee, fruits, and freshly prepared meals. Our room was very quiet with a comfortable bed and strong AC. We will stay here again upon our return to San Salvador.

For its price, location, and quality this place is a gem. I was traveling through the San Salvador region and this place was by far the better of the pack. It also has all the amenities (one of the few) that you need but would have to pay for in others like an iron, working WiFi and safe. I would definitely make this my base hotel for future visits also because it’s centralized in one of the best neighborhoods and close to the US embassy. Everything looks cleans and feel new.

We booked the family room which was very big, exactly what you need for a large group. The room also has a large luggage room and large bathroom which was much appreciated. Tasty breakfast also provided by the kind and helpful staff. Nice common areas too with watercooler. Also, the hotel provided us with a very reliable, affordable and honest taxi driver who took care of us for of our entire stay in San Salvador.

Only when traveling for work do I stay in hotels like these that are business focused and have amenities like meeting spaces, gym, pool, etc, but if you are staying in San Salvador this is great base since it close to everything, safe, and there are lots of malls and restaurants nearby. The breakfast is good and the pool area is nice place to unwind. Staff is super nice. All you would expect from a Marriott.

The rooms were clean and the AC was necessary for the heat of San Salvador. Breakfast was delicious and there was a large variety so you could have a different option each day. Staff were professional and the hotel is in a safe location (although you'll need a taxi to get to some sights!). We even came back and stayed an extra night before we took our shuttle to Nicaragua because we were so impressed.

It’s right in the heart of San Salvador. Walking distance to malls, Tipicos Margoth. It’s also within a culdesac and there was an armed guard so it feels safe and secluded. Room “3” was spacious and has three separate rooms, so my friend and I had our own rooms. Each room had an air-conditioner and cable tv. Showers had cold/hot water. The lady who checked us in was very nice, and a professional.

This place is perfect if you are not a night life partying person. It's located in quiet area of San Salvador, it supper clean and safe. About $3-$4 by Uber to the Centro Historico However, you need to be back in the hotel by 10pm at latest, otherwise you'll be locked out. If safe is your main concern and don't stay out late then this is the perfect place for you.

I had an amazing time at this Hotel. Their staff is very friendly. This Hotel is in the center of Zona Rosa , one of the exclusive zones in San Salvador. Very close to restaurants, bars and shopping centers. Their breakfast is amazing, they had a lot of choices. I would like to thank the manager on duty for going above and beyond to help during my staying at this Hotel.

The hotel was quiet with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Its in an excellent location for shops and restaurants. We caught a bus to the historic centre twice. There were plenty of buses running during the day and we got an Uber back after the buses finished. We'd definitely stay there again when in San Salvador.

Is the second time we stay here, and definitely is the perfect location if you want to stay in San Salvador with easy access to La Zona Rosa, Escalon, Santa Tecla, Camino al Volcan de SS, El Salvador del Mundo. The room are spacious and the place is very welcoming and relaxing.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff - I checked in late evening due to my flight time and the night staff couldn't have been more helpful. This theme continued throughout my stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone else staying in San Salvador

The apartment is small but it’s really confortable with a great view of the city of San Salvador. The apartment is closed to supermarkets, shopping malls, restaurants, and accessible to all main roads, the area is save and exclusive zone of San Salvador.

Terra Bella Hotel Boutique in San Salvador was excellent. Clean, nice room, great location. The hotel staff were very nice and super helpful. They helped us book our transportation with another company. They were very helpful and smart.

I have been going to this hotel since it opened more than 10 years ago, and it is still, for me, the best place / hotel in San Salvador due to its location, privacy, restaurant and friendliness of the staff.

Very friendly staff. This Hotel is located in the nicest area of San Salvador. You can walk to a lot of bars and restaurants. There is a big mall in front of the Hotel. Highly recommended!!!!!

I liked that it was secure and clean. not bad for the cost. i’m not sure you can do better for a private hotel at this price in san salvador, so it was a fair trade to me. nothing to write home about.
