Hospitality was great!!! The tahitian people were beautiful, friendly and very helpful. Accommodation was perfect and presentation was just stunning. Loved our experiences at Fare Vahine Oviri - from the awesome welcome from Johnny and family, the 4 hour tour of the island with Johnny (the pilgrimage to Taputapuatea being the absolute highlight), snorkeling in the lagoon and even a meal with the family. The Fare is comfortable and well provisioned for self-catering. This delightful place is one of the best kept secrets in the whole Pacific.

The breakfast guava marmalade with toast was very special.

This peaceful retreat boasts a large outdoor swimming pool with stunning sea views. Villa U'upa is situated just 10 minutes' from the heart of Uturoa and the ferry terminal. Guests enjoy free WiFi. My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights and were very happy about our stay! Great size of the room, pool right infront of our room and a great view of the ocean. Breakfast was great! And Christine helped of with everything!!!! We were a little last minute and couldn’t rent either a scooter or car on the Island because of a local holiday, but Christine helped us and got us on a great boattrip to Tahaa. Thank you for a great stay 😊

Just 80 metres from the Lagoon access to Sea view, La maison Du Voyage offers a relaxed tropical haven with free snorkelling equipment. We loved everything about our experience and stay with Isabella and Edward. They are wonderful hosts and their property is clean and in a fabulous location. You will need a car to travel to them. You should hire a car anyway to see the entire island, its gorgeous. We enjoyed conversing with the other guests during our stay and the breakfast of bread and fresh fruit was delightful. We highly recommend staying at La Maison Du Voyage and look forward to going back!
