One of the best hotel experiences ever - and we have had many. Such a lovely, historical college building, beautiful decor, cleanliness and perfect customer service. A beautiful room and bathroom, lovely bed and linens. We also liked the continental breakfast a lot. I have celiac diseace and had yet a good choise. The breakfast hostess earns our special thaks. Location in the Arts Centre was great with shops a lovely restaurants and a cafe. Sadly the antiquities museum was closed Mon - Tue. Also the museum tram has its stop very close. Keep up the service-minded spirit. Thank you! ♥️🇫🇮

Viietärnihotell Classic Villa asub Christchurchis ning pakub tasuta WiFi-ühendust. What an exceptionally lovely spot, we felt instantly welcomed by Steve and Michelle. The Villa itself is impressive both in its grandeur and the intimacy of the rooms. The fixtures are all updated and the water pressure absolutely perfect while preserving the era of the building. We heard not a sound from any of the other residents at all. Breakfast was a communal event with an opportunity to chat with other travellers from many points in the world. The Classic Villa is also on the tram route which is incredibly convenient. We would happily return should we visit Christchurch again.

Exceptional location against the hills looking across the golf course to the ocean. Idyllic night sky with mist drifting over the mountains. Jen and Warren are fabulous hosts. Jen made us two reservations at wonderful restaurants the Strawberry Tree and Zephyr. I am sure without her wizardry we would not have got into these great places. The next day Jen made us a Jen gin and tonic. She could be an honorary Canadian as it was exactly as we make them at home. Koura Bay Golf resort is an outstanding home away from home. The rooms luxurious spotless well appointed and so quiet. We would highly recommend Koura Bay for all travelers and particularly if you are looking for a golf resort.
