Facing the beachfront, Madifushi Private Island offers 5-star accommodations in Meemu Atoll and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center and garden. Property was incredibly beautiful, well planned and serene. Water and island were pristine. Views are breathtaking. Staff were exceptionally friendly, accommodating, helpful and inviting. Food was excellent with a wide variety of options. Chef’s were very accommodating to individual preferences. Fun water activities with great staff to guide you. Overwater villas were beautiful with incredible sunrise and sunset views.

Cinnamon Hakuraa Huraa offers guests a luxurious experience in villas located along white sands and clear lagoon waters. It features a world-class spa and a bar set on stilts. We did not need any travel agency, because the hotel took care of absolutely all periods of our stay: from arrival at the airport, transfer with sea -airplane and departure. There is a doctor on the Island resort. The entire hotel team works efficiently and helps each other. The island is small, but very beautiful and green, the nature is very natural. There are a lot of fish, sharks, stingrays, crabs! And personal treat the island very carefully: they plant new plants, remove rotten branches, and disinfect them from insects every evening. Pros: privacy everywhere: in the water villa, in the restaurant, on the beach and in the bar: you don’t feel a crowd of people, everything is quiet and peaceful. The food, drinks, water bungalow rooms are all wonderful and this can be read in most reviews on Google and Booking. And it's truth! What needs to be improved: Entertainment. especially the repertoire of movies on the beach under the night sky. The situation of the evening was saved by live music and a group of wonderful real voices. They also offer a Karaoke evenings. Plus the creative initiatives of the senior bartender Alban from Sri Lanka such as crab races, cocktail evenings. But within 15 days the program was repeated several times. We had a terrible situation with cleaning of our Water Villa: our room boy was so lazy and inexperienced that the room was always uncleaned, the beds were not changed, the garbage was not removed:( but the situation was corrected by his colleague, we didn’t even complain about the previous one, but everything was cleaned and washed to a shine and an apology was made that there were problems before with the cleaning. I assume that there is quality control of cleaning and they themselves made the appropriate conclusions. But we would be more happy if problem with cleaning can be earlier escalated or not appearing at all! Very unreasonable prices in spa and a-la carte restaurants.

Boasting an outdoor pool and fitness center, Medhufushi Island Resort offers rustic villas that open out to sweeping lagoon views. It features 2 dining options and a spa. The property was clean, house was very comfortable and great value for money. Daily activities and excursions for the guests. An advise for people who are willing to take the speedboat, please be advised that they use a 750HP boat which will have an average speed of 80km/h, if you have no experience by traveling on a boat be aware. For me personally it has been an blessing. The stay was terrific, the service of the staff is very great, I wish them all the very best in the future.
