Everything was great: rooms are clean and staff is nice and helpful. Hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, there is a large mall just across the street. Breakfast was okay, just as you would expect from a good 4-star hotel. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and there were all the amenities you would expect. We didn't have a chance to visit spa or the pool, so can't comment on that. It was scorching hot in Almaty during our visit (+36 C), but AC was doing a good job keeping our room nice and chilly. Will definitely visit again, highly recommended.

Hay baño y ducha compartidas, pero es un hotel pequeño, así que siempre están limpios y no concurridos. Se incluye cepillo de dientes y otros objetos útiles de uso diario. Para mí 10/10.

This luxury 5-star hotel is located on the foot of Alatau Mountains in Almaty and features a spa centre, an indoor pool and a fitness centre. Free Wi-Fi is provided at The Ritz-Carlton, Almaty. Everything was top-notch! There's absolutely no room for any complaints. The service at the hotel is simply outstanding, with the staff excelling at their jobs. It was delightful to find that room service is available 24/7, and any inquiries are addressed promptly, making the wait time practically unnoticeable. The food is fresh and incredibly delicious. Special thanks to the chef for this culinary delight. The room itself was spacious and filled with natural light. All the amenities were provided, and they exceeded my expectations. From the reception and lobby to the restaurant and spa, their excellence is beyond commendable. The massage is also worth a special mention – it's truly a must-try. I'm very grateful for the excellent stay, and I will definitely return.
