Located in Almaty, 1 km from Central State Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Grand Mildom Hotel provides accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Everything was great: rooms are clean and staff is nice and helpful. Hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, there is a large mall just across the street. Breakfast was okay, just as you would expect from a good 4-star hotel. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and there were all the amenities you would expect. We didn't have a chance to visit spa or the pool, so can't comment on that. It was scorching hot in Almaty during our visit (+36 C), but AC was doing a good job keeping our room nice and chilly. Will definitely visit again, highly recommended.

Special thanks to the chef for this culinary delight. The room itself was spacious and filled with natural light. All the amenities were provided, and they exceeded my expectations. From the reception and lobby to the restaurant and spa, their excellence is beyond commendable. The massage is also worth a special mention – it's truly a must-try. I'm very grateful for the excellent stay, and I will definitely return.
