I have spent the past four weeks travelling Japan and this was by far my favourite place. It was in a good location; lovely staff; good sized rooms and lots of extra toiletries to take when you need them.

Staff spoke amazing english, extremely kind to help us reserve restaurants and send our luggage through ta-Q-bin. Willing to hold on to some luggage until we needed it to be sent. Bath has a shampoo bar where you can use the shampoo you want. Skincare products available after the bath were also nice for my skin
