Set in a 17th-century building in the centre of Perugia, Hotel Morlacchi offers classic-style rooms with free WiFi. Perguia’s Cathedral is only 300 metres away. Very lovely house. The family who own it are all so friendly and helpful, even Jessie the dog. Our room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed practising our Italian chatting with the proprietors and other guests. Made to feel like family. Great location for exploring Perugia and close to some good restaurants and bars.

Very nicely decorated and extremely clean. It is located in a beautiful quiet street in the center of the old city. The staff was very very very nice. We were attending a conference and had to leave early each morning for our sessions. They made the effort to prepare coffee and some things for breakfast even before the scheduled breakfast time. We had friends in other hotels in the area and we were the only ones that got this great service.

The staff were all extremely friendly. The reception manager, Loretta, was exceptionally helpful both before, during, and after my visit. When I found the taxis very expensive and was going to struggle with 3 bags on public transport, she very kindly offered to drive me to my onward destination as it was in the next village from her home!! Such kindness.💝 The country house was close to the airport, but you didn't hear the planes, and had excellent accessible room facilities. The taps were all lever taps, the toilet was a good height. (high - maybe 50 cm tall from the ground). The toilet also had a shower hose next to it and a gap at the front of the seat, to use as a bidet. The basin was wheelchair level and the mirror above was adjustable. The shower was completely flat (for roll in) and spacious, with a wall mounted seat.There was a hairdryer in the bathroom for use. There was a fridge in the room and TV and ceiling fan. The window shutters kept the room very cool. I think there was a/c as well, which I didn't need during my stay.When I stayed, it was very peaceful. The mattress on the bed was memory foam & supremely comfortable!
