Beautiful location! We loved the Sea View balcony and the gorgeous, boutique style hotel. Luana, Sabrina, and the rest of the staff were so welcoming, kind, and so helpful with recommendations and assistance! There is a lovely little beach below the hotel and walking distance to Saint Angelo as well as the bus to take you anywhere on the island! We can’t wait to return for a longer stay!

Always wanted to stay within a castle / fortress and this met my expectations.......and even had an elevator which went a long way with dealing with the luggage. Quite possibly the most relaxing and best night sleep I've had while traveling as I could leave the window open all night with the moist sea breeze vs stuff AC air and with the castle so far away from the town - very little noise. And because it was a small boutique hotel - filled with a more mature crowd that respected everyone else with minimal noise, slamming of doors and the typical loud voices in the hall at night ....but not here which was amaing. Free pass to the island to see the castle along with the crypts and a beautiful art studio with some really special pieces to take home.

I would come back here in a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone who cares to venture to Ischia. Christian helped us plan our day every morning and was so positive about everything. Our room also had incredible views from the balcony which were incredible to see each day. In summary, Hotel Casa Sofia is a haven of tranquility, offering a remarkable escape. I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable getaway.
