Offering natural hot springs, free Wi-Fi and an in-house restaurant, this farmhouse hotel is in Iceland’s wild Westfjords. Súdavík village is within a 1-hour drive. The accomodation is located in a farm, basically in the middle of nowhere, but it's totally worth taking the long journey in the Westfjords to get to this place. It has a very unique feeling, you are in the nature. I arrived very late, around midnight, but communication with the hotel staff and then self check in was very easy. After arrival I jumped into the hot pool (which is available 24/7), they have both outdoor and indoor pools (in an amazing palm house). Breakfast was divine with a lot of local produce, it's definitely worth the additional 2000 ISK that I had to pay for that. It's a place where I definitely have to return one day.

Set on Flatey Island in the Breidafjördur Bay, this hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Baldur Ferry Terminal that departs from Stykkishólmur. It was a great place to stay on the quiet island.

Set in Ísafjörður and within 2.2 km of Pollurinn Hot Spring, The Ísafjörður Inn features a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. The hotel has family rooms. Location was very convenient to main part of town and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I noticed Breakfast items were refilled as the offerings depleted (I have seen in other hotels a lack of this courtesy ) The room and bathrooms were very clean.

Situated on the beachfront in Holt, Holt Inn has a garden. Featuring a shared lounge, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. The accommodation offers free WiFi. What a nice place in the middle of nowhere. The check-in was super easy, though we have been a little late. Maybe from outside the building does not look that nice, baut inside ist is fine and cosy. I think for a short stay of some days the room size is absolutely sufficient. We enjoyed the great view out of the windows, perfect start for the day. Absolutely again!

This modern hotel offers free parking and brightly decorated rooms with flat-screen TVs and free WiFi access. It is located in the scenic Westfjords village of Isafjordur. Loved my large corner room with lots of windows, as well as great seating options. Bed and pillows were fantastic and bed very comfortable. I also appreciated that there was a lift.

This hotel, opened in June 2013, is situated along the coast in Patreksfjordur, a fishing village in Iceland’s Westfjords. It offers an à la carte restaurant with a bar and daily breakfast buffet. The Hotel is located at the edge of the water. Our dinner was fantastic and the rooms we very comfortable with great views! I would absolutely recommend this Hotel to everyone!
