The Granville Hotel in Waterford overlooks the River Suir and is a 5-minute walk from St Patrick’s Cathedral. It offers free internet access and, an award-winning restaurant. Historical building with a very interesting history. Take some time to explore the place. The room was very spacious which was lovely. Everything was spotless. Location wise the hotel was very central, great to explore the city though one needs to be mindful that some rooms are facing the main road so if you are a light sleeper you will hear the buzz of the town. The breakfast was outstanding, very fresh and loads of different (also healthy) options. Really lovely surprise. Also very helpful staff with regard to parking. Ask for their advice if stuck. Faithlegg House Hotel is located on the River Suir Estuary, 5 miles from Waterford Airport. The amenities in the room were very nice. Lovely bedroom we had the deluxe room. My husband and I enjoyed our anniversary there and we will definitely be back next year!

A haven of relaxation, this contemporary hotel and leisure centre is located on the outskirts of Waterford city centre and just 15 minutes away from Waterford Airport. When we arrived the staff was super friendly! They put us in the honeymoon suite…it was perfect. We loved the pool/sauna. Breakfast was excellent! If we visit Waterford again I would definitely stay here! We were playing a concert in Waterford. The hotel was right down the street from the venue. Perfect!

Sitting on the banks of the River Suir, the Waterford Marina Hotel is 300 metres from Waterford Crystal. It offers a riverside restaurant, rooms with free Wi-Fi and free on-site parking. The location was the best! A few streets from the Vikings' triangle. The room had an amazing view of the main river. The staff was very accommodating, including reception and restaurant. We could leave our bags at the luggage room before our stay, what was handy. As well, the room had extra blankets, hairdryer and an iron, just in case.
