Located on the outskirts of Thurles town, Anner Hotel and its leisure centre is a pleasant base with friendly staff, fine food and plenty of comforts. Everything was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and the room nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and the food in the restaurant was tasty.

Located just off the N7, the Abbey Court features an award-winning restaurant, a modern leisure centre and full Irish breakfasts. Free parking is also available. The dinner menu was excellent and wait staff very efficient and skilled as there was a big crowd of us.. The location was perfect for walking into town and shopping/sightseeing. The staff was very kind and allowed us to check out a little past regular check out time so we could get dressed for the wedding we were going to. We had a ball!

Aherlow House Hotel & Lodges is a private escape in the tranquil surroundings of the Gal tee Mountains. The historic Cahir Castle and the Rock of Cashel, are both within 30 km from the property. An absolutely lovely place to stay! Gorgeous views. good food. Friendly staff. Stunning location.

We recommend this place. Definitely go visit St Patrick’s Well in the neighbourhood, relaxing surroundings.

Located in the heart of Ireland’s Golden Vale, The Carraig Hotel is a 2-minute walk to the River Suir. This 18th-century property offers a traditional bar and a fine restaurant. It was a nice town full of nice people.

Hotellet erbjuder lyxiga och renoverade rum, fin mat och utsikt över Rock of Cashel. you think it’s quite small, then you go to the restaurant & bar & it’s huge- loved lift, you went in one way arrive at your floor and another door opened, never seen that before.

From the moment I arrived I was treated like a member of the family. I was asked many times if I needed anything to eat or drink especially after my long flight. The staff could not do enough for me. Even with the construction going on, which btw I didn’t mind it’s lovely to see this old house being well taken care of. But if I wanted they would have moved me to the front of the house so the construction would not bother me. The food was amazing, the staff amazing but the house it’s self stunning like stepping back in time. This old house has so much history and is surrounded by beautiful gardens and is situated along the river suir. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Plus some nice boutique and bakery, nice personnel everywhere, good food... A really nice place, we warmly recommend.
