The breakfast exceeded my expectations. The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. we’ve stayed in other hotels in Szeged at a similar price point, but none of them provided the same level of service and offerings as I experienced in hotel Gerardus. Excellent hotel! I highly recommend it.

The room was confortable and the reception staff was amazing, very polite and very helpfull, unlike the reception staff from the neghbouring Elixir hotel which is rude and definitely wrong selected for the job.
