The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the beautiful Bakio Beach. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with any requests. Despite a minor inconvenience, the exceptional kindness of the staff more than made up for it. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a dinner prepared by Senor Fernando and all of the dishes was so delicious. He used many ingredients that were grown locally. Remotely located yet convenient (20 mins to Bilbao). Quiet and perfect for relaxing and detoxing!
