Facility is amazing, lots of wildlife and huge trees surrounding the property that you can see from all parts of the hotel. The staff was especially incredible. Joseph, Cristian, Manfred, Marianna and especially Daniel were all some of the best human beings that my girlfriend have ever experienced from a hotel staff. They go above and beyond with essentially every need of their guests, without question. Drinks and food are excellent, and the walk to the beach is roughly 3 minutes.

Bathroom and toilets are also clean and perfect.

Costruito nel 2018 a Puerto Viejo, a 600 metri dalla spiaggia Playa Negra, a 1,2 km da Playa Cocles e a 4,3 km dal Jaguar Rescue Center (Centro di Salvataggio Giaguari), l’Umami Hotel - Adults Only... my favorite part of the property is that is Adults only. it’s also small and it feels so intimate, perfect for couples. it’s somewhat hidden, so when you are driving to the location you don’t think the hotel is going to look like what you see in the pictures but let me tell you that once you get there and you walk inside it’s beautiful. The staff was amazing. Raymundo was either the manager or big time boss, I don’t know, but him and his staff were so kind and so helpful all the time. Raymundo talked to the guest to see how their day was and if they needed anything. Also breakfast was included and it was a healthy and delicious option. I would definitely stay here if we ever return to Puerto Viejo. I 100% recommend.
