Accomodation is exactly as on photos. Room is clean, and relatively spacious for a single one. Comfortable bed and linen. All good with location. 10/10 despite the budget and non-luxurous stay.

Family-run for over 160 years, the Hotel Kreuz is a traditional country inn in a quiet location in the Canton of Solothurn, 30 minutes away from Basle. I loved absolutely everything there! The location, the view from my room, comfort, restaurant, cuisine, the owners are so friendly and attentive (they where available not only at dinner but at the breakfast too, that I loved so much). I thought this would be my transition point (I were traveling to Italy), but no, I had an amazing rest!

Set within the Baroque-style centre of Solothurn, Boutique Hotel La Couronne is one of the oldest hotels of Switzerland and was completely renovated in 2016. Everything was just perfect. Very welcoming staff, all young and professional. Beautiful historic hotel in a perfect location. Very nice restaurant downstairs with delicious dishes. They were very kind to keep our car parked after check out so we could have a city tour in the afternoon. You can see St.Ursen Cathedral from the windows and Saturday market, rich and colourful, starts right at the hotel's door! Very good beds and pillows, slept like at home! Good breakfast. Compliments!

The center is reachable in a few minutes. My dog was greeted with the finest dog food and bowls for his convenience. The front desk staff is very friendly. The bed is comfy, and the bathroom is clean.
