Even if it was not in the city center area, for us, the location was actually perfect, as we were in transit to Greece. Safe and big parking, smooth checkin, comfy beds, really professional and nice staff. We actually forgot a purse in the room, and they kept it safe for us until we got back from Greece 10 days later. Would definitely come back anytime I would need accommodation in the area.

It is possible to buy a ski pass at the hotel reception (only in cash). This hotel has a very good spa area and a good breakfast. Very beautiful and quiet hotel.

The Family Hotel Nadejda is located in the Bansko Ski Resort, 0.8 mi from the gondola elevator. it’s a small and cozy hotel, the room was way better than the pictures, comfort beds, hot water, the room was warm all day and night, the breakfast was good, homemade jams with fruits from their garden, the two man that was there was so so kind, they even gave us a sled to use in the snow. Quiet location, walking distance from lift, shops, etc, in general it was very good our stay. I totally recommend it!
