The building is absolutely unique as historical memory. "The Chess House" as it was named by architects and then they spent 15 years in Stalin's gulag. They returned and finished built-up the restaurant like a platform to contemplate the Sevan lake and monastery churches on the top of peninsula. I absolutely impressed my stay there, even if the hotel waiting for the UNESCO reconstruction. A few days there will be unforgettable.

Amazing hosts,very friendly,3 times they brought me tasty Armenian food to my room for free,made me warm living room,I recommend everybody to stay at this guest House when you visit Sevan lake.They also rent a bycle,they have bycle with name Ferrari,amazing. Rosa is a super host and her house is one of the loveliest in Armenia! The garden is beautiful and from our room we had Sevan lake view! Rosa's home made ricotta at breakfast was the most delicious ever! We shared the common space upstairs with two other rooms and enjoyed to drink tea together. The village is small and quiet. Ideal if you want a few days of rest away from the summer crowds :)

Pleasant resort few hundred meters away from Sevan lake, very close to Sevanavank monastery. All studios/apartments are located in separate small houses. The territory of the resort is well maintained, there are a lot of trees, a small swimming pool and a bbq place. Nice personnel. Parking is available in front of the restaurant.

The hostel is really nice and cozy. I was travelling alone.but I felt like at home. You can borrow bikes and visit the beautiful Sevan lake (even in November 🙂). The owner and all the people who worked there were really nice, I also stayed in their hostel in Dilijan, and had an amazing time! I would defenetly reccomend staying here!

Very spacious room, very comfortable bed, The decoration of the house is very warm and relaxing. The bed is really really comfortable like five star hotel. All the facilities work really well. If you are looking for some accommodation near the Sevan lake, This house will worth every cent you paid for.

The location was beautiful along the Sevan lake. There are several nice beaches with sun beds to swim and lie in the sun. Overall, the hotel has a nice atmosphere.

Great location, well appointed apartment overlooking Sevan lake. Access to the lake and heated pool, restaurant on-site serving food all day. Very friendly staff.

If you want to relax on Sevan Lake, this is a good place to do so. Nice view, excellent homemade kitchen, good staff, free parking.

Atmosphere was very good. Stuff were so friendly and kind. Location was perfect. They provided what ever we needed.

Friendly host who made great food, breakfast and dinner on request and welcome drinks with fruit fresh from the garden. Common area with table and kettle for tea and coffee. Everything was clean including shared bathroom. Some small shops close by and main street in walking distance 1km or so. Plenty of conversation both with other guests and host (translator app was handy). A great couple of days.
