On the arrival we received a fruit platter as welcome, water is available for free on top of the desk (while at very reasonable price there is more in the refrigerator) At the side of the hotel there is a grocery shop, so easy to get also some supplies in case of need. Breakfast is really with an ample choice of warm and cold platters, eggs can be ordered and at the bar they also prepare cappuccino, espresso...

I love the part that you can enjoy your night walk on the coast. The room was very clean with all the facilities. I feel very comfortable. The breakfast was really tasty , i tried everything. The staff was really kind and lovely, especially the host Amalia who was very nice and helpful she guided us and what to see and to do in the city. I highly recommend this place. It worth it. The place to be.

The staff accommodated our very late arrival and kept in contact with us to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you Hotel Lord. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Ksamil.
