On the arrival we received a fruit platter as welcome, water is available for free on top of the desk (while at very reasonable price there is more in the refrigerator) At the side of the hotel there is a grocery shop, so easy to get also some supplies in case of need. Breakfast is really with an ample choice of warm and cold platters, eggs can be ordered and at the bar they also prepare cappuccino, espresso...

The staff was really kind and lovely, especially the host Amalia who was very nice and helpful she guided us and what to see and to do in the city. I highly recommend this place. It worth it. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Ksamil.
