Sve pohvale za hotel. Jednostavna rezervacija, srdačan doček, preljubazni domaćini, jedna prekrasna obitelj koja izlazi u susret svemu, doručak ukusan, čistoća sobe je dobra, lokacija je u neposrednoj blizini svih sadržaja koji su vam potrebni (plaža, restorani, supermarket...), ukoliko nas put ponovo odvede u Durres, sigurno se vraćamo u ovaj hotel. The girl at the reception was very friendly. We were upgraded from a regular room to a sea view for free as it was not the high season and the sea view room was available. This was a nice and much appreciated surprise. There was also an exceptional willingness to help from the manager - the day before our flight we asked the reception to book us a taxi to the airport. The taxi didn’t arrive at the agreed time. They called for another which was meant to come in half an hour but also didn’t show up. Eventually, the hotel manager drove us to the airport in his own car and refused to take money for the ride!! We were traveling with kids and this was truly helpful.

Everyone in the staff of the hotel was super nice. We were very well welcomed when we first checked in. It was the same thing during the whole stay, no matter if it was a new person we encountered at the reception or in the hotel, everyone was friendly and was going above and beyond for us. On top of that the room was beautiful and the view was perfect.

The staff was super! And the restaurant was really great. We ate almost all our meals there. They took us to the ferry station, helped us with a late checkout. Just very accommodating. It was a huge room with equally spacious balcony and a sunset view every night.
