The husband and wife who own and operate the Alpine Lodge do an amazing job of making you feel welcome from the beginning of your stay till the end. The beds are super comfortable, the rooms are updated and super clean. Plus Larry, the husband/owner makes a super delicious breakfast from scratch that starts your day out perfectly. The Alpine is outside the main town so its nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Set along the banks of the Clark Fork River, this Thompson Falls motel boasts a number of outdoor activities, such as fishing, canoeing, and hiking on nature trails. We had stayed here before, but this time the booking company upgraded us from a “king room” to a “king cabin” and it was wonderful! An adorable little free-standing cabin, much larger so we were able to completely unpack for our 3-day stay. It was immaculate and very wonderful.

Sportsman Lodge Melrose MT is located in Melrose. With free WiFi, this 3-star motel has a garden and barbecue facilities. Certain rooms at the property include a patio with a mountain view. We loved the location, the views were spectacular. My wife and I stayed at Sportsman Lodge on the way home from Stugis 2022, we found it very charming and the staff were excellent. We can't wait to return. 5 stars all the way.

For a 2 star properly, this motel had good facilities. Room was comfortable and cosy. Parking was just outside the door. Room was clean and it was worth the money for a one night stay to visit the east end of the Yellowstone National Park.
