Morgen our host was very welcoming. He lives on the property with his family. Everything was well taken care of so we really did not need to call Morgen for much but when we had a question or request he was very helpful and a pleasure to interact with We booked two different kinds of rooms. One was more spacious with a stove top/kitchen area the other just had a kitchenette but both had hot tubs and we really enjoyed them after a day full of adventure activities Location was quite convenient

At Kowhai Motel Rotorua, you can find yourself relaxing in one of 2 natural hot mineral pools or in the 10-metre heated swimming pool. The motel unit was very spacious, similar to a small apartment. The outdoor tepid swimming pool was very lovely, clean and relaxing to use. There were also two mineral (hot) pools available for guests to use. These mineral pools had recently been painted and lovely to use. And the Motel staff were all very friendly towards their guests and always ready to assist their guests whenever asked.

Situated just 8 minutes’ drive from the beautiful Lake Rotorua, this resort offers free Wi-Fi, mini golf and a heated pool with spa pool. Most accommodation feature a patio. Some offer a spa bath. Great location but also felt quiet and tucked away. The staff were all amazing!

Really lovely, welcoming receptionist who advised us of lots of activities to do around Rotorua. Our request for a quiet room was fulfilled by Suite 01. Huge jacuzzi spa was unexpected bonus! Very near to all attractions. Easy parking. Nice little kitchenette with everything you needed. Bed very comfortable.

The location is fabulous, tranquil, and absolute lakefront. The room was clean and spacious, it had everything we needed.
