Such an awesome little spot. Very simple But had everything we needed. We had been camping but it got too cold for our son so we grabbed this place on a whim. Loved the beds and the amenities were very nice. Love a boutique motel🤎

Very big room with big bed and even a small couch and coffee table. It was great to have a microwave. To have access to a laundry was perfect for us. The location is great as it is near by some great nature points of interest of Sedona and a yummy breakfast place and a great grocery store is nearby.

The staff at the front desk on 4/2 misinformed us that breakfast was included when further staff on 4/3 rudely and without bothering to make eye contact told us that breakfast was not payed for as part of the deal. That is on top of the cave-like room with no ability to open a window. That is on top of the 100% markup for location … we paid for a nose-bleed narrow motel with awful guest-despising staff. Kudos to the bartender, though !!!!!!

Very technologically advanced suites. Everything is via the Internet: communication, payment, password code is sent by email. Before check-in, the person at the online reception answered and resolved all our questions. The suites themselves are in a motel format and each has a parking space attached. The room has some European influence and is very cozy. Good cosmetics. Lovely bed. Fast Internet. In general, everything is great. We had a good time and recommend it!

This is a rustic classic motel. It is not new or freshly renovated, and has a very vintage feel. But it was clean!!! The bedding was spotless, the tub was shiny, no dust or dirt anywhere. The location is fantastic and this may have been the most budget friendly place in Sedona. Parking in front of the door was super convenient for suitcases.

Great location. Off the main crazy side, in the local, low key part of Sedona. Quiet, clean, comfortable. It's what we used to call a "Motor lodge" or "motel' so dont come looking for a biz ctr or breakfast, but a great place to stay

The motel is situated near a busy road but there was no problem at all with traffic noise. It is also in a very convenient location for exploring the local area. The breakfast was a nice surprise with an ample assortment of food to suit all tastes.

Sedona was a real surprise. We really enjoyed our stay and the views were amazing. The motel is next to an airport, which is small and not intrusive. The airport restaurant is next to the accommodation and was excellent food with very friendly staff. The washing facilities were easy to use.
