They have a swimming pool and a jacuzzi which we very much appreciated after a long drive. The room vas comfortable, spacious & clean, with cool design. There are really beautiful views at the nearby beachfront and around the motel, especially at sunset!

The room refrigerator is generously sized and there were adequate outlets for our CPAPs. For those that don't need fancy and prefer not to pay top dollar for a place to sleep for a night, the Silver Surf motel fits the bill. This was actually our second stay at the hotel on trips up Hwy 1. It is conveniently located several miles south of Hearst Castle and the elephant seal nursery beach.

Also, the pool is available and the water is quite warm. The rooms are big and comfortable, It is a fridge in the room, but not a microwave. The beds are good. It is very nice, that the motel has a restaurant and bar. Also, happy hours with discounts are provided. The food is good, but the prices are quite high. Free parking next to the door is provided. The breakfast is good, better to book with the hotel.
