Emma at the front desk was wonderful, speaking with Booking.com to resolve the issue. We ended up booking through the motel and Comfort Suites made sure the reservation was cancelled. After a day of traveling Emma's efforts were so appreciated.

Staff was absolutely amazing. We come to Paducah/mayfield area a lot and we will definitely be staying there every chance we get. The breakfast was GREAT!!! The motel was beautiful inside and out. The only thing we were upset about was the pool area was closed Christmas Day for some reason, but that was the only part we didn’t like. My name is Josette (Joy) Waddell and this is a great place to stay we will definitely be returning.

This motel is convenient, on an exit with big name stores and restaurants, and very economical. On both stays, the staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. On this visit, the breakfast was great!

An unusual surprise were the window blinds, one complete dark, the other was translucent that allowed some light in but no 'see through'. Unlike curtains that would blow in the A/C, the sliding blinds were perfect! we liked it so well, that when we returned to Paducah, we didn't bother even looking at another motel.
