The staff were very proactive helpful, friendly and responsive by text message. The location was perfect, walking distance to the downtown area with cafes and restaurants and also walking distance to Univ of Idaho, which is why we were there to visit the campus.

The design of the room was cute and the furniture was comfortable. We appreciated the health and safety measures the motel is taking during the Covid-19 pandemic like remote check-in and check-out. It was very convenient to be able to go straight to our room upon arrival and not having to stop by the front desk upon departure.SiemensYoung couple
