My husband and I wanted a safe place for me to stay while I commuted for school. Great staff/manager (Ilseong (일성)?) who were friendly. Felt very safe for a solo female student. Shared kitchen, clean rooms, plug-ins for winterized vehicles, manager easily contactable, good enough internet for work/play/communication. Deluxe room is good for a couple or a small family, single room is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Good distance from campus and town as well. Great price for a place I think is better than Pike's or the Hamilton! You're not paying for fancy furniture, you're paying for a comfortable and clean place. I and anyone else I know will come here if someone needs to stay some time in Fairbanks. It is not a tourist attraction place, which is nice for me (Alaskan resident).
