I made my reservation at around 11pm for the same night. The woman who checked me in was friendly, professional and accommodating. The room was affordable and quiet, allowing me to get some much needed rest.

Stayed for a night and it was Okay. If you just need a place in burbank die the night it will do, but wouldn't book here again and wouldn't recommend it for a long stay as a base to visit parks in the surrounding areas.

There is a good-sized fridge in the unit. It's very simple, but we loved it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool. We were staying here to to to Universal Studios, so it was a quick 7 min drive. They have an excellent coffee/hot chocolate/latte machine free for all guests and lovely pastries each morning. The staff was very patient with our rambunctious grandchildren!

Safe, calm neighborhood. Lovely restaurants walking distance. Rooms basic but clean. Comfortable beds, hot showers, fluffy towels. Good coffee and pastries in the morning. Free parking. From the courteous and helpful staff to the cleanliness, and the comfort of the facility -- all was top notch! Now keep in mind that this is really a motel, not a hotel. It was originally built in the 50s and is styled as an old motor lodge, so it doesn't have the kind of support that a hotel would. That being said, it is an adorable little place and has been remodeled and kept up very well.
