No breakfast was provided. Location across from the Cape Cod Canal was nice. Getting the door lock code in advance was helpful since we weren't sure if we'd be at the motel before the office closed at 8. However, we arrived at 7:15 and the office was already closed.

The code /keyless access is good. Check out is easy. However, I was disappointed for its location. The view is the parking lot, not scenic. It’s not a cabin, but a motel.

Perfect location by the canal and right next to the pond where herings love. Rooms are renovated and everything is clean, not like the expensive motels on Cape Cod where time stoped in 60s. Very welcoming owner, we got welcome package and also small refreshment in the morning when leaving. We are already planning pur next stay.
