Settlers is a 5-star boutique motel offering comfort and privacy, in the village of Hanmer Springs.

Room was specious, nicely decorated with attention to detail, with many extras (even extension cord and hot water bottle!). Everything was very clean and well organized, tidy and in order. Exceptional place :-). The owners super nice and helpful.

The Chalets Motel offers charming self-contained cottages with scenic mountain views. Featuring a DVD library, it is just 600 metres from hot pools and Hanmer Springs’ village centre.

Beautiful chalets set on a hill just outside the town. We appreciated all the extra touches. The owner was very friendly. The newspaper was delivered each morning. The kitchen had an oven, 2 tea towels and a hand towel. What we really loved were the individual reading lights at each bed, rare to find in most motels. Each chalet had a washing line and there was a laundry area we could use. The water was hot, the WiFi worked well and we had great views and one amazing sunset. Highly recommend.

The location is so convenient and the room is clean, big, beautiful. I love the towels that the hotel provided most, which you need to pay $5 pp to hire at hot pools, so the hotel helped me to save $10.
