In th event they were far exceeded, because the motel is new, well-finished, very well equipped and sparkling clean For example, the quality of bed linen and mattress was far above what one might expect at this price point. One has to be realistic: Fairlie is a tiny town a long way from anywhere in the high MacKenzie country. But the rooms are clean, the bed and its linen are superb, theres nothing not to like. The wc and shower were spotless . I had a drink on the bar and also ate there the Sea food platter was absolutely amazing, so much food for a really great price. The overall menu looked to have many choices. (there seemed to be quite a few meals collected throughout the evening). Free parking on the road directly at the front of the hotel.
