Welcoming reception staff, very helpful to change room type from the one booked. The TV screen with the fish swimming video and relaxing audio. Good quality room fittings and supplies - tea, coffee, the bathroom soaps. Very quiet. And clean. Large walk in shower. Room size not large but perfectly adequate and comfortable for two people with luggage. There is air con and you can open a window. Good use of space. It's very good value for money. Location opposite Manchester Piccadilly station is perfect for people who need to stay near Manchester airport but want to avoid paying for an airport hotel and taxis.

The location was brilliant, over the road to a bus stop and 100 m to a tram stop so you can get into the city in about 20 minutes, also in easy walking distance of media city where there are lots of restaurants and bars. Also easy free parking on the roads around the property.
