Staff was very friendly. We made our check-in after midnight without any problem. The beds and, the bathroom were clean. Breakfast was very satisfactory considering the price. During our booking we asked a room on the groundfloor and indeed were given one. Kudos on giving attention to customer requests. It helped us a lot to unload our luggage from our car. There were no junkies around as complained in other reviews and the location was very quiet, but maybe its because we made a very late check-in. The staff was in a very good mood in the morning and made sure everything was in perfect order. All in all it was a very good experience for a stop-over in Kamloops.

very nice, they have a nice spa which we were able to reserve for a convenient time if you wanted to have it to yourself although a young man who wasn't aware it needed to be reserved was there when we arrived at the reserved time and we were happy to share it with him, he was very pleasant. The room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable.Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was continental but more than average choices.

Every time I travel i stay at this place. Very neat and clean with ample parking and just on the highway. Very lavish and tasty breakfast and starts at 6.30 so that you can have it leave on time. This time there was some hot water problem and Guy at front desk satnam singh immidately changed our room. Very help full staff. Will continue to stay here in future too.

...I was very surprised what the room like 209 ..Its like walking ur bedroom n shower is very beautiful ..the bed sheet is like the sheets u use at home ...the towels have everything n r orange colour ..the small appliance r ok ..the chair r very clean so is the floors ....I think its remodel ..I would go back n stay there again ..

Room was a good size, needs were very comfortable and the pool was awesome! The front staff very very nice. Will stay there again whenever in that area.

Very clean. I also like the interior. My room looked somewhat more up to date than most motels. The furniture is nice. I would definitely recommend this place.

I recently stayed at this gem of a motel and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Overall, it's a fantastic place to stay, and I highly recommend it!
