The water views are spectacular! The staff are helpful and knowledgeable of the Cabot Trail area. The breakfast was exceptionally good. Was disappointed there was no vacancy to stay an extra night, will definitely stay at the Cabot Trail motel again on our next trip out East :)

You can really see how the owner and all the people that run the place care about this place and make sure everything is in perfect order. All rooms have front and back doors with perfect access and view of both sides. The lake view is great. Restaurant, bbq, pool, lake, backyard, all in one place with a price that matches the lower quality motels with none of these. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again when we're in the area.
