Aida knew perfect English, so that was very practical. We booked a twin-room, but when we arrived we got a double-bed room, which was very nice. The guesthouse is located in a quiet neighborhood, but in walking distance from everything you might need. The bedroom and bathroom were big, modern and clean. Wifi was excellent. They also have a kitchen, which helped us with making some good coffee in the morning. In conclusion: everything we needed for our stay in lovely Gyumri
