Beautiful view, surrounded by nature, felt secluded even though the road is about 20 feet above the roof level. Noise not a problem. Good amenities.

The staff provided exceptional guidance so that we could take stunning views of the mountains during sunset. Very high quality breakfast. Overall, exceeded my expectations in this rather remote/resource limited (to a city person at least) location.

Platinum Lodge has mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Stratford, 45 km from Yarrow Stadium. The accommodation features a spa bath. Beautiful spot, modern decor, short drive to Mt Taranaki viewing area. Grounds spacious and well maintained. Spa bath was a bonus. Host was lovely. We loved our short stay.
