We planned a short girls trip to Taupo with my pet dog. The accommodation was absolutely lovely, despite the bad weather. It was warm and cosy, the hosts were extremely nice. Would certainly recommend staying here multiple days to fully enjoy and relax. My dog was in heaven, huge grounds to run around and play in - one of the best pet friendly accommodations we've stayed in

The Flying Trout Boutique Lodge ligger i Taupo och har en egen tennisbana. Alla de rymliga sviterna har elegant inredning och vissa har utsikt över det omgivande bergsområdet. Set in Mapara Valley, adjacent to the stunning Whakaipo Bay Reserve on Lake Taupo, Whakaipo Lodge offers guests free WiFi. Whakaipo Lodge was a superb place to stay in every way. The owners, Garth & Angie went beyond the call to make our stay memorable & easy to highly recommend from the welcome, to the pre dinner drinks & canapes, the sharing of local knowledge & the beautifully presented, comfortable rooms. The breakfast was 10/10 using locally sourced high quality products. The coffee also got a gold star.

Wonderful, attentive staff. Excellent meals and catering to individual tastes. Beautiful dining experiences for breakfast, lunch and / or dinner. Top class.

The Point Villas ligger på en privat egendom med utsikt över sjön Taupos blå vatten, bara 10 minuters bilresa från Taupos centrum. Varje villa har en egen, uppvärmd pool. Bathrooms were amazing as well as the outdoor entertainment area.

Turangi Leisure Lodge ligger i Turangi, 48 km från Mount Ruapehu och 48 km från Taranaki Falls, och erbjuder en terrass, ett spa- och hälsocenter och gratis WiFi. Clean, comfortable & a most helpful staff. The rooms appear to have been recently upgraded from what looks like an older building structure on the outside. The exterior grounds were under construction for renovation while we were there, but we were very happy with our overall stay. The hotel is only a 20 minute drive from the Tongariro Crossing Car Park.

Tongariro Lodge is located in 22 acres of secluded grounds, surrounded by a beautiful garden landscape and along the banks of Tongariro River. Cleanliness. Cozy and warm. Comfy bed.

Lake Taupo Lodge erbjuder en avkopplande oas med utsikt över Lake Taupo och en gratis komplett frukost tillagad av en kock. The Lodge is absolutely lovely, incredibly comfortable beds, spacious rooms, wonderful ensuite wiht bath tub that has views, grounds are beautiful. the entire team is freindly, helpful and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. It's an elegant and refined choice with a personal touch thats not found in large hotels. The breakfast was perfect, fresh, quality, beautifully cooked, stunningly presented and the coffee is also great. The location is lovely, quiet, relaxing and picture perfect.
