A microwave, a stovetop and toaster are also provided, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Finca Ometepe was the highlight of our visit to Isla Ometepe! We enjoyed the warm hospitality of our hosts, Hanna and Hakan, who welcomed us to their home, shared their food, showed us around the farm and made us feel at home!. It was a very special experience for all of us, we had never experienced something similar on our travels before. We picked organic greens for salad together, participated in milking the goats, searching for eggs, processing Cacao and Cafe grown on the farm, enjoyed making our own pizza in their clay oven, and baking the most delicious brownies from their cacao (and recipe!). The farm is beautiful and relaxed, the casita has comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and spacious outdoor dining area with hammocks to relax in. Breakfasts where homemade, yummy and varied, and on top of all of these, hauler monkeys visited nearby every morning!

The lodge offer vegetarian and gluten free breakfasts to order from our menu and include fresh fruits, juice and coffee for free.

Volcano cabins - La Bambouseraie, jungle cabins Ometepe offers a terrace. The hosts are lovely people, passionate about nature and their projects at la bambouseraie. The breakfasts were made on the spot and deliciously fresh, and the house we stayed in had the most beautiful view to enjoy in hammocks. Attention to details, fresh water, cleaning of the room every day... Nothing to say!

The bungalows offer wooden furniture, mosquito net and a fan. Private bathrooms come with a shower. Some cabins have flush toilets while others are fitted with dry compost toilets. The property is an off-grid Eco-lodge in the middle of the tropical forest and functions using renewable energy. You feel like you're in the middle of the jungle, it's a beautiful hotel and the rooms are really spacious. My favorite things about the room was the large hammock and outdoor enclosed shower. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the food was good and we liked that breakfast was included.

Maderas Volcano is 6.3 km from the lodge. everything! it was a beautiful space, the bed was comfy, the staff were kind, the breakfast (at additional cost of a reasonable $5) was awesome, it was a great location, the “in nature” feel was perfect and the VIEW!! amazing

A breakfast is served each morning at the property. At the lodge you will find a restaurant serving Local cuisine. it was very clean and peaceful. Super friendly and helpful staff. Sweet and polite dogs, they just come up to, if you want them to.
