Located 6.6 km from Tissa Wewa, Ranakeliya Lodge - Yala provides accommodation with a garden, a terrace and room service for your convenience. This stay was just perfect. In the beginning accommodation - tent surrounded by nature with beautiful scenery around. Tent was very clean and equipped with everything needed, towels, shower gels, mosquito spray even torque for dark night. More over the host offered us a grill in the evening and it was MAGICAL. When I was searching for some comments before I red positive opinions about dinner but couldn’t believe, what can be so unique about dinner, right? It turned out it can be! This was something special, barbecue with candles and sky full of starts, with a nice service and delicious food- AMAZING. And last but not least safari - I couldn’t imagine better experience. We joined a morning safari, that stated 5:30 AM, we had really experienced guide that spotted leopard and elephants as a first in the park! I was amazed, I was fluttered. Our host joined us on safari and took pictures with profesional camera that later he shared with us. 10/10 - highly recommended!

With pool views, Tranquil Wild is located in Tanamalwila and has a restaurant, room service, snack bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. The staff is wonderful. During our entire trip through Sri Lanka we haven't met any nicer people than here. Moreover, the food they offer you will not only fulfill your taste buds, it will also fill you for days to come. Lastly, they are in a brilliant location to provide safaris to Yala and are great at finding animals and explaining around the whole ecosystem.

Offering a restaurant, Koragaha Lodge - Yala provides a 24-hour front desk for the convenience of the guests. The air-conditioned accommodation will provide you with work desk and seating area. This has been my favourite hotel in Sri Lanka so far. The lodges are beautifully designed. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was so comfortable. Praveen was extremely welcoming and helpful to us during the stay. We organised the Yala National Park Safari through the hotel in advance of our visit and it was 90USD per person (the hotel also arranged a naturist to join us on the safari and I really would recommend doing so as it gave great insight to the animals we encountered). The food was excellent. The staff were extremely accommodating to dietary requirements and were able to provide a vegan dinner. They prepared a vegetable kottu, coconut curry and dhal and it was soooo delicious. My partner also got grilled chicken and said it was the nicest meal of the trip! Could not recommend Koragaha Lodge more.

Yala Village Eco Tree House has garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Tissamaharama, 10 km from Tissa Wewa. Good service and good nature and good location I'm very happy to stey here

Situated in Tanamalwila, 34 km from Udawalawe National Park and 26 km from Tissa Wewa, Thanamal-villa features accommodation with air conditioning and access to a garden with a barbecue. It's a private house facing a small stream and a field. It has a good bed and a/c, nice view from the window, private bathroom, a small kitchen with cooking equipment ,fridge and a basin. The main centre of this city with the bus stop, restaurants and bar are only a few steps away. The owners are kind. They were always ready to help if we had any questions or concerns. Its very near to lunugumvehera national park in which you can go safari without disturbing the jungle creatures too much as it's less crowded than many other crowded safari parks around. It is one of the best places we stayed in Sri Lanka.

Offering mountain views, Elephant Arcade in Tissamaharama offers accommodation, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, a terrace and a restaurant. The staff who run the hotel alone with partner very helpful. He is name mr Jayasinha . He did the 100% of guest satisfaction. My travel is very happy and comfortable. my wife as well very happy . Good food very delicious special rice & curry. I will go againg and it is like our home. Room are very nice and location best Thanks you owner and Jayasinha again

Set in Kataragama in the Monaragala District region, with Kataragama Temple nearby, Wadula Safari - Yala offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The accomodation is like a hotel in the jungle! The best kind of glamping you could ask for. Dinner is brought to your room (whilst the restaurant is under construction) and was some of the tastiest food we’ve had. The hosts will organise a safari tour for you. We picked the full day and breakfast and lunch was catered for us - more than enough food! The accomodation is on the border of Yala National Park and it was amazing to wake up to monkeys in the trees and buffalo in the garden. Highly reccomended a stay here.

Featuring a terrace, Tree Tops Yala is a villa, set in Yala. It provides free private parking. There is a seating area and a kitchen complete with an oven and a microwave. We enjoy so much our stay here. Appu and his family are great, and the food was amazing. I totally recommend it!

Providing pool views, Yala Leopard Lodge in Yala provides accommodation, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a terrace. This was the perfect location for our trip to the Yala reserve. I have recorded our impressions under separate cover as I feel this format does not allow us to do justice to the venue. Providing garden views, The Saraii Tree Lodge in Tissamaharama provides accommodation, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, a terrace and a restaurant. Saraii Tree Lodge is extraordinary, the tree houses and environment are beautiful. The staff were helpful, likeable, generous and interesting with conversations and information. The little village close by has supplies, smiles and great haircuts!
