Sonora Jungle & Yoga Retreat está en Puerto Viejo y dispone de vistas a la piscina, piscina al aire libre, jardín, terraza y instalaciones para deportes acuáticos. Un lugar tranquilo y rodeado de verde que invita al relajo. La cabaña era maravillosa; camas cómodas, aire acondicionado y muy bien decorada. Los desayunos espectaculares, probamos casi todas las opciones. Los anfitriones eran muy amables y estuvieron siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo. El lugar cuenta con un espacio para hacer yoga el cual también ocupamos, y nos encantó que estuviese bien equipado con todo tipo de props para yoga. Los espacios comunes contaban con café, té, agua filtrada y sillones para relajarse al aire libre, además de una piscina salina. ¡Nos encantó!

Casa Viva Lodge se encuentra a 4 min a pie de Playa de Punta Uva y ofrece alojamiento conjardín, terraza y recepción 24 horas. El lodge ofrece wifi y parking privado, ambos gratis. This is in the most stunning location and all the lodges are surrounded by beautiful trees and plants. The path entering onto the beach is magical. We came by bus and enjoyed using the bikes to explore the area. (Bring your own bike lights!) We had the suite and loved the cosy kitchen as a place to be in the evening. Kitchen was very well equipped, it even had a teapot which we really appreciated! For the carless - local restaurant 'Selvin' is a few minutes walk away and is really good, but it is only open Thursday-Sunday. Other places you need to walk at least 1/2 hour or bike or TukTuk. Very lovely and helpful Nicole, the onsite manager, as well as the smiling gardener who brought us coconut water, grapefruits and bananas. Will carry on dreaming about this place and hope to return!

El Wildlife Lodge Cahuita está ubicado en la selva, en medio de un jardín botánico encantado, a 300 metros de Playa Grande, y es el lugar perfecto para los amantes de la naturaleza. We loved the place due to its big surrounding garden, which is stunning and beautifully taken care of, and the team there which is super welcoming. The delicious breakfast was a new experience every day. You can spot wild animals (birds, frogs, spiders ...) on the premises and can hear the howler monkeys and many other sounds at night. I loved the power outlet on the patio. We would definetely come back!

El Satta Lodge ofrece una experiencia única en el corazón de la selva caribeña y a 700 metros de la playa de Cocles. First of all I don't understand why some guests „criticize” the road here. You are in a jungle and consideration and respect should be given to animals, nature and people. We loved everything… The area, the bungalow and the really good breakfast (I highly recommend the french pancakes). Waking up to the different animal sounds was impressive. The staff was super friendly and every time very helpful. The rooms were also absolutely clean and comfortable with a fantastic view to the jungle. This place is a paradise - Please keep it like that! :) Thank so much for this beautiful experience. We’ll definitely come back (hopefully next year). PURA VIDA 🦥☀️

Congo Bongo EcoVillage Costa Rica se encuentra en Puerto Viejo, en la región de Limón, a 4 min a pie de Playa Manzanillo. Es como estar en el paraíso. La casita está en medio de la jungla, equipada con todo lo que necesites y no hay un detalle que se les haya pasado por alto, incluso mosquiteras en todas las ventanas y cubriendo la cama. Tienes más privacidad que incluso en tu casa. La playa es de ensueño, con palmeras, arboles y un barco embarrancado. Deseando volver a Costa Rica solo para volver a alojarme aquí!!!!!

El Passion Fruit Lodge se encuentra a 5 km de Cahuita, en la provincia de Limón, a 18 km de Puerto Viejo, y ofrece una piscina al aire libre y vistas al jardín tropical. We have stayed in many places around the world, few as satisfying as Passion Fruit EcoLodge. Delphine and Bert were consummate hosts, the breakfast extraordinary, and the aesthetic of the cabin, the pool, and the surroundings exquisite. Simple elegance, done with the refined taste of an interior designer and architect. Each choice, from the food to the furnishings to the burbling dipping pool attached to the cabin, was done with such attention to detail and with such care. We were surrounded by the sounds of nature, from the wild sounds of the howler monkeys to soothing sounds of more than a dozen different birds in the space of a few minutes (identified with Merlin, the Cornell Ornithology ID app). On one day, we were rained out of our adventure, but returned happily to the front porch of our cabin to read in the Adirondack chairs. We felt not only well-taken care of, but in the company of intelligent and worldly hosts. Passion Fruit EcoLodge merits our unconditional praise.
