يقع Arenal Observatory Lodge & Trails ضمن منطقة محمية أرينال، وعلى بعد 2.7 كم فقط من بركان أرينال، كما تحيط به ما مساحته 3.5 كم مربع من الغابات الاستوائية المطرية ويضم مسبح وتراس للتشمس وغرفة ألعاب... Imagine waking up to the sight of hummingbirds and toucans, and watching monkeys on your way to breakfast.

Featuring mountain views, Onca Tours & Treehouses in San Rafael features accommodation, a garden, a terrace and a restaurant. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free... The hosts welcomed us very warmly and helped us with booking our tours to Rio Celeste and Cano Negro (which we had with Juan Rio - one of the nicest tour guides we‘ve ever had!). The tree houses are just amazing and inmidst of nature. We‘ve got the chance to hear and see jungle‘s wildlife and you even have the option to swim in the Rio Celeste near the accomodation for free! Also big thanks to Odir, who offered us a free ride at his new opened adventure park! We would recommend everyone to stay at the Katira tree houses, when visiting Rio Celeste!

The stuff was super friendly and prepared the best casado we had during our trip to costa rica (have to try the homemade chilie sauce). Also unexpectedly good was the included free frog spotting tour. Even though the chalets were rather tiny they felt spacious and were indeed very private. This is definitely no 5-Star Hotel but as best as eco-friendly individual tourism could get.

Close to La Fortuna and far enough away that you were out of the busyness. The kitchen was stocked well enough to make simple meals. King bed was comfortable. The view of Arenal Volcano was amazing when it wasn’t too cloudy. The patio was sheltered from the rain so you could still enjoy coffee outside in the morning. Property felt secure with remote control opening and closing.

The hosts were amazing, they gave us so many great recommendations. The food was farm to table and delicious. The property was magical.

The rooms are perfect and comfortable with a nice view of the river. Great breakfast. And a paradise for birdwatching. Macaws and many more. Augusto is a great host, and the owner, Alfonso, and his family will make you feel at home.

يقع La Finca Lodge في فورتونا على بعد 35 كم من شلال لا فورتونا ويضم مسبح في الهواء الطلق وحوض استحمام ساخن. وتتوفر خدمة الواي فاي المجانية. The staff was very polite and made us feel welcomed attending us at our arrival and also at the restaurant. Additionally, Ronald at the reception gave us recommendations regarding main attractions in the area with allowed us to make good choices.

It is indeed one of our best stay during a 3 weeks travel in Costa Rica. It has all - beautiful, very comfortably equiped houses, perfect restaurant, amazing cacao field surroundings, wonderful nature and birds, great people, very interesting tours and a relaxing little spa. On top of all this - it has a perfect location, close to Rio Celeste (Parque Nacional Volcán Tenorio). Our huge thanks to all great team, who makes it happen!
